I am psychodynamic therapist based in W1, who is available for face to face meetings within the area, as well as online video sessions, which allows my clients to choose the setting which they feel most comfortable with partaking in my sessions.

Due to the style of my therapy sessions, I draw on all analytic therapies (this includes Jung, Winnicott, Freud, and Melanie Klein), which in turn, furthermore, empowers my clients with the understanding of their true, deep-rooted feelings getting them closer on the path to resolve them.

Over the years, through the many qualifications I have attained, as well as real world experience and conducting regular, professional therapy sessions for over 9 years in the surrounding areas of Regent Street, I have accumulated a vast array of skills to help my clients move forward with their lives. My approach can be helpful with a wide variety of issues, from family, childhood trauma and sexual assault/abuse, to self-esteem issues, work-related stress, and critical incident debriefing.
